General Law Practice Serving Western Montana Residents and Small Businesses for more than 30 Years
Missoula-based law office excels at family law, personal injury
Harrison Law Office provides general legal services, advice and representation for individuals and small businesses residing in the city of Missoula and surrounding Missoula County.
The primary area of practice is family law, but Harrison law Office also handles personal injury claims, business law and estate planning. The majority of cases we take on come from referrals by past clients and other attorneys.
Single-attorney practice puts emphasis on the client
Harrison Law Office is a low-volume, single-attorney practice by choice. Sole principal and practitioner Frank R. (Randy) Harrison believes that quality law starts with a selective, deliberate approach that enables him to give each client the full attention they require.
The result is legal help that is more accessible and has better attorney-client communication. “The businesses and individuals who come to me usually are looking for someone who can not only defend or assert their rights, but also help give them some perspective on what’s most important in the process,” Randy says. “Particularly when it comes to family law, people are often facing the most difficult times of their lives, and it’s important that I get to know them well so we can decide what matters most to them and their loved ones. We can determine an optimal plan of action from there.
“Our overall mission is to treat every client with respect and provide timely legal service at a reasonable cost.”
Areas of practice include family law, divorce and child custody
Randy Harrison brings more than 30 years’ experience addressing family law issues, including divorce, custody, child support, visitation and paternity.
“I will always explore whether there are ways to resolve family legal issues amicably or through negotiation. Unfortunately, there are times when litigation is the best solution so that family members can move on with their lives,” Randy says.
Randy has authored a book, “What Happens to the Family Corporation in a Divorce?” He is BV® Distinguished Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell®, for legal abilities and adherence to ethical standards..
